Transit times are not guaranteed when there are union strikes, extreme weather conditions, or official road restrictions on national or provincial routes.

The nominal measurements (length × width × height) correspond to internal dimensions and may have a tolerance of ±3 mm due to material shrinkage. Stacking strength is calculated under laboratory conditions (23 °C, 50 % RH) and may be reduced in environments with humidity above 70 %.
The B2B traceability portal displays the estimated location of fleets in real time based on GPS data from associated carriers. Brownrabbitcompany is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient (failure to receive, incorrect address, or absence at the delivery location). Delivery confirmation is considered valid with the digital or physical signature of the recipient.
Access to the traceability system and product catalogs requires prior registration as a corporate client. The data entered by the user is their sole responsibility. Brownrabbitcompany reserves the right to suspend accounts that use the platform for purposes other than logistics and packaging management.
